The Role:

• A trusted construction company with head offices in Cape Town is seeking a Construction Manager to manage luxury residential projects.
• You will plan and supervise construction projects from start to finish within the agreed scope, cost and schedule constraints.
• Oversee work schedules and coordinate subcontractors, determine material and labour costs, regularly report progress to clients and stakeholders, ensure safety codes are being met, and make sure the project is running on schedule.

Your Experience:

• Construction Management Certification
• PMP preferred
• 10 years’ proven track record in managing successful building construction teams
• Thorough understanding of the project life cycle
